Official Electronic Visa for Tanzania
The Electronic Visa (eVisa) for Tanzania is an official document granted by the Government of Tanzania permitting entry into and traveling to Tanzania and Zanzibar. All eligible applicants can obtain the required eVisa by filling a simple form online.
The eVisa is a single-entry visa, valid for 90 days, which allows travellers to enter and travel to Tanzania and Zanzibar, for visit, tourism and leisure purposes, for attending a conference or to visit friends and relatives in Tanzania.
Note:US Citizens are not eligible for single-entry visa, but they can obtain online a multiple-entry visa, which is valid for 12 months and allows them to stay up to 90 days.
